Smith School Welcomes New MBA Students

The Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland is happy to welcome its newest class of full-time MBA students. The two-week long orientation kicked off on August 13, 2012, in Van Munching Hall with a week full of activities. Each activity – welcome speeches from Smith deans, the ropes course, team-building activities, icebreaker sessions, evening socials, and more – was designed to help the 114 new students better acquaint themselves with the Smith School, the College Park area, and their fellow classmates.
