Our mission is to represent Latinx MBA students and share our culture and heritage with the rest of our cohort to promote the importance of diversity and inclusion in society.
Our vision is to be a platform of people that help the entire Smith community reach goals. We are beyond our association. We celebrate diversity and practice inclusion, being a club that welcome people from different communities to learn, enjoy and grow.
Our objectives are: spread our cultural heritage with the Smith MBA community, design and implement events that add value to our careers in terms of network and preparation to the professional life post-MBA and reinforce the community beyond classrooms by implementing affinity events.

William, a Colombian native, is highly interested in utilizing data analysis to make well-informed decisions in business strategy roles. Prior to his enrollment at Smith, he served as a Senior Analyst in the Customer Service Industry for six years. In this role, he collected data and created reports to advise the Operations Area, while also honing his communication skills, engagement, coaching, and team development abilities by leading teams of up to 27 people.
His pursuit of a graduate degree is driven by a desire to learn how to provide strategic business recommendations based on data analysis and how to lead and facilitate a supportive environment for multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
Fun Fact
After participating in the Cheerleading World Championship in high school, I transitioned to rugby in college and played in the county league.
