Darlene has over 30 years of experience practicing as a CPA in the fields of auditing, accounting, financial reporting, and business litigation. Her clients have ranged from small privately held businesses to large public companies in an array of industries.  One focus of Darlene’s career has been the valuation of use of patented technology in the consumer electronics industry in connection with federal patent infringement matters. Darlene has taught courses in Investments and Managerial Finance at San Diego State University and numerous continuing professional education programs for CPAs. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance from San Diego State University.
