Jill Schreifer has nearly 25 years of experience in a variety of senior leadership roles specializing in strategy, leadership development, and operations. She has extensive experience leading high-performing teams in a variety of contexts, and her focus areas include leadership training and development, strategic planning, and organizational growth and scaling. She founded The Schreifer Group, an award-winning woman-owned, veteran-owned small business in 2016, where she collaborates with organizations in the fields of facilitation, training, and planning.
She is an expert facilitator and has led hundreds of planning charrettes, workshops, and formal instructional courses. Her technical and business background and stakeholder engagement philosophy make her an expert session designer and a sought-after facilitator. She created foundational curriculum and helped launch the Department of Defense’s Master Planning Institute, was selected as the U.S. Air Force Officer Training School’s Instructor of the Year, and has thousands of facilitation hours.
Jill currently teaches courses on leadership, vision and strategy, communication, change management, and organizational development for the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business Executive Education program. She also serves a faculty advisor and guest lecturer at George Washington University in Washington, DC. Jill is a former active-duty civil engineer and instructor in the U.S. Air Force and holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from Duke University. She received a Master’s in Business Administration from Emory University, which she attended as a Woodruff Fellow. She is currently serving as the co-chair of Emory University’s Woodruff Scholar Alumni Advisory Board.
