Luke Dieguez joined the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland in 2014. As an Employer Relations Program Manager in the Office of Career Services, he is responsible for maintaining and enhancing recruiting partnerships between Smith and companies seeking business talent.

Dieguez develops strategic recruiting plans tailored to the unique needs of each organization, regardless of company size or hiring goals. He oversees all recruiting logistics, ensuring seamless events and on-campus interviews, and manages these efforts through HireSmith, the school’s dedicated platform for students and recruiters.

In addition to his daily responsibilities, Dieguez plays a key role in planning and executing Smith’s career fairs, both in-person and virtual.
