Smith Executive MBA program.  She employs  the Smith EMBA learnings daily to drive excellence within the recruiting and admissions team. During her time at Smith, Brookshire has created operational efficiencies, implemented cultural changes and takes great pride in her collaborative and innovative problem-solving.
