Jane’s research interests center around using structural models, causal analysis, and machine learning tools to address novel business challenges. She is intrigued by the exploration of innovative information design strategies aimed at optimizing decision-making processes and improving operational efficiency within marketplaces. On a broader scale, Jane’s research deeply values the role of transparency and effective communication and aspires to harness this transformative power to uplift individual and community well-being.

Jane received her B.A. degree in Mathematics and B.S. degree in Physics from Queens College, City University of New York. Before pursuing her Ph.D., Jane received her LL.M. degree from NYU Law School and practiced business law in Beijing, China.
