Don your chef aprons, grab your whisks and let’s get baking! Join Smith MBA student Tina Elhindi for a virtual live macaron making class! In this fun class, you will learn the fine art to making macarons by Elhindi, a classically French-trained pastry chef who received her pastry diploma from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France. Come be transported to the patisseries of Paris.
This family-friendly event is open to the entire Smith and UMD community. The event is brought to you by the Smith alumni chapter board and is part of the Unlocking Experiences event series.
About the Chef: Tina Elhindi is a first-year full-time MBA student at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business focusing on marketing strategy and digital marketing. Prior to business school, she was a pastry chef in DC and Miami. She’s been in the industry for more than eight years and is continuing to bake as a side hustle while attending UMD.
