The Women's Empowerment Institute is an organization created to serve as an inclusive community for Black and Latinx women. Our mission is to:
- Inspire young women to be confident in their ability to lead.
- Connect members with established business leaders and experiential learning opportunities that will equip them with the business acumen necessary to succeed in a professional setting.
- Create an environment of trust where transparent feedback and experiences as underrepresented women will be shared and supported.
