EFT / Direct Deposit
Vendors working with the RH Smith School can enroll in direct deposit (sometimes known as EFT or “electronic funds transfer”). This program not only expedites your payment, it also allows you to track and monitor progress through an online portal. You can also update your banking information online, as well as access other useful system features.
To get started, download and complete the General Accounting Division’s GAD X-10 form and follow the submission instructions. [Note: if the link has expired or moved, enter “Maryland Comptroller GAD X-10 Direct Deposit Form” into any search engine.]
Once your company has been set up, you’ll have the ability to enroll in GAD’s One Stop Vendor Payment System, which provides identifying information that allows you to track your own payments and receivables. Please click this link to apply via GAD’s Online Service Center.
Note: new vendors must submit a completed W9 form to be registered as an approved vendor in Kuali before they can sign up for EFT and the convenience of tracking their payments.
