Marketing managers from 3 global companies came together at the Robert H. Smith School of Business to take part in the first Professional Services Leadership Initiative (PSLI) organized by the Center for Excellence in Service and the Office of Executive Programs at Smith.    Randstad, the global staffing company had representatives from New Zealand and Japan in addition to Europe and North America.
