The Smith School's Black MBA Association debuted a new resource - theAfrica Economic Review - in May 2007. Okon Enyenihi, MBA candidate 2008 and the editor of AER, grew up in Africa, spent time in Europe and has lived in the U.S. for about four years. "In that span of time I have observed how often Africa is left out in various related discussions," says Enyenihi.

Approximately 100 students, faculty, administrators, alumni, and honored guests attended the 10th Annual William D. Bradford Awards Banquet. The Black MBA Association (BMBAA) and Hispanic MBA Association (HMBAA) hosted the banquet, held on April 11, 2003, at the Greenbelt Marriott (Greenbelt, Md). The event promotes networking among Smith students, corporate sponsors, and distinguished alumni. This year's theme centered on the impact of diversity on corporate leadership.
