Smith Recognizes Graduating Seniors in Online Awards Event
On Tuesday, May 5, 2020, the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business hosted a virtual gathering to recognize the achievements of top undergraduate students during the 20th Annual Undergraduate Awards Banquet.
Outstanding Seniors Honored at Undergraduate Banquet
Every graduating cohort has students who are shining stars, and it is with great fanfare that Victor Mullins, Associate Dean of the Undergraduate Program, celebrated them on May 3, 2018, at an annual awards banquet. The event also honored a few faculty members who were nominated by seniors and a retiring professor who has been a positive influence on the Undergraduate Program at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.

Smith School of Business community came together on May 5, 2016, to celebrate the achievements of top undergraduate students at the 16th annual Undergraduate Senior Awards Dinner. More than 60 students, faculty and staff attended the much-anticipated dinner in Van Munching Hall, which was one of many celebrations for seniors before course finals and commencement.
13th Annual Dean’s Undergraduate Senior Awards Dinner
The Smith community came together on May 2, 2013, to celebrate the achievements of top undergraduate students at the 13th annual Dean’s Undergraduate Senior Awards Dinner. More than 70 students, faculty and staff enjoyed a dinner at Van Munching Hall. The much-anticipated annual celebration was the cap on the academic year and a final celebration before course finals and commencement.

Undergraduate Awards Banquet Honors Students and Professors
The Smith School community gathered on April 29, 2004, to honor exceptional undergraduate business students and professors at the Fourth Annual Undergraduate Awards Banquet, held at the University of Maryland University College Inn and Conference Center. "Tonight we celebrate the talent and energy of some of the leaders in the Smith School community" said Dean Howard Frank. "Please join me in congratulating them.." Milton T. Matthews '68, vice president and chief customer officer of Hershey Foods Corporation, served as the master of ceremonies for the event.
