We asked students at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business what songs they like to listen to when they study for exams. Wendy Moe, an associate professor of marketing at the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business, has won the 2014 Robert D. Buzzell Marketing Science Institute Best Paper Award for her research on social media intelligence.

Smith School of Business undergraduate and PhD commencement on May 23, 2014, while MBA and other graduate students celebrate one day earlier in separate ceremonies. Hosting three commencements instead of one, the norm in previous years, will allow the school to shorten each ceremony and create a more intimate atmosphere for each group.
