Fireside Chats

On April 11, 2023, we had the privilege of hosting a Fireside Chat with Mr. Bill Longbrake, Executive-in-Residence at the Center for Financial Policy at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland. Mr. Longbrake is a renowned financial expert, having held several senior executive positions in the banking and finance industry, and having served on the board of directors of several companies, including Freddie Mac and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle. He was also a member of the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission, which investigated the causes of the 2008 financial crisis. Mr. Longbrake shared insights into his experiences and perspectives on financial policy, risk management, and the current economic climate.
