A trio of social entrepreneurs with industry success in technology, law and fashion are appointees to the inaugural Social-Entrepreneur-In-Residence team at the Robert H. Smith School of Business Center for Social Value Creation at the University of Maryland.
Thanks to student praise, the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business ranks No. 4 in the country for entrepreneurship, according to the 2013 guide of the Top 10 Colleges for Aspiring Entrepreneurs by Unigo.

The Smith School welcomes hundreds of new faces this fall -- all ready to start an exciting new school year at the University of Maryland. MBA students and MS students were the first to arrive at Van Munching Hall in mid-August for orientations that included special speakers and team-building activities.

With classes looming only days away, the College Park Scholars at the University of Maryland piled onto buses and headed out into the community to participate in the program’s 17th Annual Service Day on Aug. 27, 2012.
