How It Works

  • Initiate an in-depth consultation to outline your company's goals and project requirements.
  • Collaboratively define project scope and success metrics.
  • Receive a dedicated student consulting team, led by a faculty advisor, to execute your project.

Investment: $2500 per segment, $4500 for two segments, $7000 for three segments, for a team of up to 4 students. Global Gateway Program participants can allocate part of their funds for this project.

Program Structure

Segment 1 - Market Analysis

  • Dive into consumer demographics and behaviors while dissecting competitors’ strategies to uncover unique market opportunities and forecast industry shifts.
  • Pinpoint and recommend high-potential U.S. markets by evaluating regional regulations, market scalability, and competitive landscapes for optimal entry.

Segment 2 - Market Entry Strategy

  • Develop entry strategies tailored to resources and risk, combined with a targeted launch plan.
  • Adapt products to meet U.S. preferences and regulations, ensuring brand consistency while identifying potential partnership opportunities for market integration.

Segment 3 - Operational Efficiency and Growth

  • Guide the company through incorporation, business functions setup, accounting, recruitment, and marketing strategies, including essential templates.
  • Leverage initial groundwork to convert insights into actionable strategies, ensuring smooth execution and adaptation to emerging challenges.

Segment 4 - Internship Program

  • Participating companies can engage with the Center for Global Business to recruit business graduates for internships after completing the three program segments.
  • The CGB team will help with the direct recruitment of interns for interested companies for select projects and durations.
