College Park, Md. – September 11, 2009 — The University of Maryland’s leading Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship at the Robert H. Smith School of Business today announced the launch of the 2010 China Business Plan Competition, in partnership with the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University in Beijing.
“This is the problem at hand, and it does need a solution,” said Sam Germaine, an associate at ETF Venture Funds who traveled from Philadelphia to attend the Robert H. Smith School of BusinessThoughtLeadership@Smith series event on Executive Compensation and Public Policy on September 18.
Dianne Fox’s Staff Excellence award came as a pleasant surprise. Fox, who has been working for the Robert H. Smith School of Business for four and a half years, is the coordinator for the Logistics, Business and Public Policy (LBPP) department.
