The M&O DBA program at Smith is designed as a terminal degree targeted to seasoned industry professionals to who wish to develop a deeper scientific understanding of human behavior at both individual and organizational levels and its impact on organizational outcomes.
The educational objectives for this program are to:
- Equip working professionals with advanced research skills and knowledge in organizational behavior, strategy, and leadership to address complex management challenges.
- Develop expertise in applying theoretical frameworks and empirical methods to investigate and solve real-world organizational problems.
